I’ve been working with this client for a while, and her squat has come a long way. Last night, we made a subtle shift in her centre of gravity and focused on driving harder from the bottom. That put more pressure on the trickiest part of the movement — her “weakest link.”

With the right cues and focus, she was able to connect, stabilise, and control the movement, even with the weight and gravity working against her. This is exactly what progression is about: working through your weaknesses safely, building strength, and refining control.

It’s not just about lifting — it’s about learning to move better, activating the right muscles, and connecting mind to body. 💪
