Established 2016 | Serving the Wollondilly Community

Meet Renee
My name is Renee Fitzsimmons
For almost 10 years, I've had the privilege of helping women in the Wilton and Wollondilly community become stronger, more confident and more capable through strength training.Like many women, my own health and fitness journey hasn't been perfect. I've experienced challenges, setbacks and injuries that have taught me the importance of training smart, listening to your body and focusing on long-term health rather than quick fixes. Those experiences have shaped the coach I am today.I understand that every woman arrives with different goals, different challenges and a different starting point. That's why my approach is centred around personalised coaching, support and creating a welcoming environment where women can build strength and confidence at their own pace.My goal is simple: to help women feel stronger, move better and discover what they're truly capable of.
