I finally got on my horse after 2.5-3years. I rode better than I did all those years ago.

They wanted to take this journey together WHY?? so that they could spend time together!
They found that they didn’t really do anything “just them” so it was important that’s they could exercise to improve their health, learn how to eat to improve their body composition and inner health SO that’s exactly what we did.
Now they exercise 2 times a week together in the same FIRE sessions, follow the same program to support inner health and weight loss #healthy aging & next year in 2026 head over overseas to celebrate their journey together in IBIZA ! with our transformation crew.
I AM So proud of this lady Dee, Currently Deirdre is part of our Transformation program #transformationPassport & FIRE program, and to her credit in the last month she has been pain free! And she even said Quote “what we are doing here is making a difference “😊
Now why am I posting this today because it is hard to come back to something you have done previously Yes that right Deirdre had previously done our 12-month transformation program a few years back and had great results - but then over time ended up going backwards but TBH going backwards is an important part to progression & moving forward x
Dee got back into it with her hubby Sean who had been doing FIRE consistently 2 times a week for over 3 years at that time – so Dee joined the same 2 FIRE sessions as Sean MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 6PM so they could spend time together & take this journey together as well (I didn’t realize honestly how much they support each other, it was really nice to see) this was one of the most important things they stressed they wanted to do it together!
At that same time, they both joined our 12 week Nutrition Program #winterwarriors wanting to get faster results up to 400% more results to be precise so Dee jumped in headfirst with both Programs booking in for a 10-week block of FIRE & our 12-week Nutrition Program #Winterwarrior and hasn’t looked back since!
So today I want to share what I think is an amazing achievement, one of her goals was to lose weight and improve her strength so she could get back on her horse and ride & this week that’s exactly what she did – after 3 long years she got back on her horse and rode!
She said...
I finally got on my horse after I'd say 2.5-3years. I rode better than I did all those years ago. I'm so more determined to get stronger to help my legs and arms remain where they should. I even got a buck and didn't come off lol.
A massive congratulations Dee here is to health aging and being able to do everything we desire at any age !
