I am so very happy you run this program and it works unbelievably well. I am probably lower carb than the others as I haven't had post workout windows to eat in up until starting with the weight training shoulders/arms. So it's great to also know that it works even if you've not yet built the weight training in to the first few weeks of it! Still look at the scales and say "really??" But in a good way!
